These Terms govern your access to and use of Sevata Elite, including onboarding, dashboard operations, menu and order tools, table and kitchen setup, and integrated payment gateway features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or using Sevata Elite, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use the service for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business and its staff users.
2. Accounts and Access Control
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by managers and staff invited to your workspace.
You must maintain accurate profile and business data, and safeguard credentials, tokens, and device sessions.
3. Pricing, Billing, and Taxes
Paid features may include recurring subscription fees, usage-based fees, and optional add-ons. Applicable pricing is shown in product surfaces or commercial agreements.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge selected payment methods for active subscriptions and accrued charges. You remain responsible for applicable taxes and statutory dues.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for menu accuracy, allergy disclosures, pricing, fulfillment promises, and customer communications published through your storefront.
You agree to comply with food safety, labor, tax, and consumer protection laws relevant to your operating locations.
5. Data and Privacy Commitments
We process service data to operate the platform and secure accounts, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business content.
You are responsible for obtaining customer disclosures and consent where required by law for your own business operations.
6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service stability, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the platform for illegal activity.
Automated scraping, circumvention of security controls, and deceptive transactions are prohibited.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We continuously improve features and may update, replace, or retire components for reliability, compliance, or security reasons.
While we target high uptime, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed and scheduled maintenance may occur.
8. Warranties, Liability, and Indemnity
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Sevata Elite from claims arising from your business content, legal non-compliance, or misuse of the platform.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal violations, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Termination does not remove obligations accrued before termination, including unpaid charges and lawful data retention duties.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
